This week we learn about the benefits of birth/exercise/stability balls for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. We slow down the moves to create safe deep stretching and relaxation. All asanas/positions demonstrated in this class are safe for all trimester of pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience.
